- Experienced drivers start at $1,400 - $1,800 weekly average
- Beginners get $650 weekly during the onboarding period
- First 3 months solo carry a $1,000 weekly minimum guarantee
- Predictable regional routes keeping you mainly east of I-35
- Scheduled home time every single two weeks
- Designed specifically for applicants needing entry-level orientation.
- Expect 4 to 6 weeks of real-world driving alongside a qualified instructor.
- No computer simulations; you learn by moving actual commercial freight.
- Experienced hands skip this process completely after a standard road test.
- Safe handling and accident-free operation of big rigs
- Mastery of electronic logs and federal duty hour limits
- Thorough pre-and-post trip safety inspections
- Routine updates and communication with our freight dispatchers
- Transporting dry van freight safely across regional corridors
- Strict adherence to all Department of Transportation safety laws
- Maintaining flawless digital logs and equipment condition paperwork
- Checking your tractor and trailer thoroughly before every shift
- Staying in contact with the office coordinators throughout the day
- Current and unrestricted Class A commercial license
- Legally 21 years of age or older
- For beginners:
Proof of 120+ hours from an approved truck academy - Acceptable driving history with no severe recent infractions
- Passing score on the federal DOT physical exam and drug screening
