• Team Drivers: Up to $1.10 CPM

• Solo Pay: Up to $0.80 CPM
• Team Pay: Up to $1.10 CPM
• Orientation Bonus: $100 Paid Orientation
• Extra Stop Pay: $25 per extra stop
• Detention Pay: $20/hr after 3 hours ($100 max)
• Layover Pay: $100 (Solo) / $150 (Team) after 24 hours
• Breakdown Pay: $100 after 48 hours + company-covered hotel and taxi expenses
• Safety Bonuses: Clean DOT Inspection Bonuses
• In-Truck Amenities: Refrigerator & microwave in every truck
• Support: 24/7 shop assistance and dedicated dispatch team

• Safely operate commercial motor vehicles across long-haul Over-The-Road (OTR) routes.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate e-logs (ELDs) and paperwork in compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with 24/7 dispatch regarding route status and scheduling updates.
• Safely secure loads and ensure cargo integrity throughout transit.

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Verifiable commercial driving experience (OTR preferred).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to pass DOT physical exam and drug screening.
• Strong commitment to safety, defensive driving, and time management.
