Role PurposeThis role is dedicated to the Receiving/ICQA department and requires a minimum of three years of experience for consideration.
Job SummaryThe Warehouse Associate III is responsible for performing a variety of advanced warehouse duties to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer service. This role includes tasks such as labeling/scanning, sorting, counting, creating unit load labels, handling inbound shipments and returns. Additionally, the Warehouse Associate III must be trained, willing, and able to perform the duties of a Warehouse Associate I and II.
Qualifications- GED or high school diploma required; two-year degree with inventory management experience preferred.
- Three or more years of experience as a warehouse associate or similar role.
- Experience in inventory control and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment preferred.
- Labeling/Scanning:
Accurately label and scan products to ensure proper tracking and inventory management. - Sorting:
Sort products efficiently and accurately to ensure correct placement and organization within the warehouse. - Inbound Shipments / Receiving:
Handle inbound purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing. - Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts. - Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. - Returns Management:
Process and manage returned products efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and inventory updates. - Warehouse Associate I and II Duties:
Perform all duties of Warehouse Associate I and II, including labeling/scanning, sorting, packing over packs, and more. - General Warehouse Duties:
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Pay Rate: $20.50/hr.
Full-time position, may require long hours, weekend, and holiday work depending on operational/production needs.
