Warehouse/Record Center Specialist

Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Record Center Specialist to join our Operations team.

• Process and fulfill customer orders by utilizing the Safekeeper system to accurately scan carton barcodes and locations, managing an average of 200 secure storage boxes daily for retrieval or return.
• Execute all physical logistics, including safely loading and unloading trailers, moving, weighing, sorting, and disassembling items, while safely operating necessary tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security protocols by maintaining a clean, secure work area and rigorously safeguarding customer information at all times.

• 1‑2 years of experience in a warehouse, records center, or similar operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of basic computer‑related equipment, data entry, and industry tools, paired with excellent organization and attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Proven ability in safely performing physical tasks, including regularly lifting up to 60 pounds, and remaining stationary or performing repetitive motions for extended periods (e.g., climbing, stooping, pushing, and pulling).
• High School diploma or equivalent with proficiency in English reading, writing, and communication skills.
