Lead Teacher For One-Year-Old Classroom
Redeemer Lutheran Early Childcare and Learning Center is hiring! We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic lead teacher for a one-year-old classroom to join our wonderful team and help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports child development
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with licensing requirements
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Supervise and guide assistant teachers and classroom helpers
- Maintain accurate records and assessments of student progress
Qualifications:
- CDA or a degree in early childhood education
- At least one year of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Passion for working with children in a faith-based environment
