Service Engineer
Our company provides 24x7 onsite data center hardware service. This requires service engineers to drive to the customer site whenever a call is placed. The engineer is reimbursed for travel expenses as they use their own vehicle for travel. Travel consists of service calls typically within a 100 mile range as well as periodic training, at times out of state. When on call, the field engineer may have to drive to any one of these locations at any time of day or night.
The successful candidate must be results oriented, customer focused, possess strong technical and mechanical aptitudes and have the ability to work independently on multiple issues.
