Currently, we are in need of experienced LPNs that are ready to set their own schedule and take charge of their career in healthcare to assist CarePRN with staffing a facility in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb county.

• Collect information for the case to report to case manager
• Accurately monitor and track clients’ overall healthand medical history during every visit
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure,temperature, heart rate etc.
• Change bandages, wound dressings, and catheters,among other related healthcare tasks
• Verify clients are taking the correct dosages of medications
• Remain on-call for clients who have healthcare emergencies
• Will be working under and RN

• Must have LPL License/certification
• Must have BLS License /certification
• Must have LVN License/ Certification
• Must have previous experience as a LPN
• Must be able to provide 2 Step TB skin test/ Tspot results, covid vaccination, flu vaccination, and photo
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to adapt and have confidence in multiple healthcare settings
