Advisa Care is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to join our growing home health therapy team in Michigan communities including St. Clair Shores, Eastpointe, Grosse Pointe, Monroe, and Belleville.
Provide one-on-one evaluations and individualized treatment plans to help patients improve communication, swallowing, cognition, and function in the home setting. You’ll work with physicians and the care team, document thoroughly, maintain CMS and payer requirements, and educate patients and families
