The Manufacturing Engineering Manager leads the plant engineering team to optimize production processes, improve equipment reliability, and drive operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- esLead and develop a team of manufacturing, process, and maintenance engineer
- s.Oversee equipment reliability, process improvements, and capital project
- s.Identify and implement Lean manufacturing, automation, and cost-reduction initiative
- s.Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and meet production target
- s.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standard
- s.Manage engineering projects, budgets, and timeline
- s.Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis for production challenge
- ons Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or relate
- d).7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with 3+ years in leadersh
- ip.
Strong background in Lean/Six Sigma, process optimization, and plant operatio - ns.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver results in a fast-paced plant setti - ng.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skil
