Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency to meet customer expectations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food safety standards
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation
  • Maintain a positive, professional work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance
Skills and

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Creativity and passion for culinary arts
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
