General Manager

Job Description

Domino’s Pizza is looking for Assistant Managers to lead store teams, manage daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Oversee all store operations during shifts; manage staff, cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
• Enforce company policies and procedures; set an example for crew.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain brand standards, marketing initiatives, and profitability.
• Deliver high quality service and resolve customer concerns.

• Operate equipment and prepare products.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage.
• Take inventory and complete paperwork.
• Process telephone orders and clean facilities daily.

Orientation and on‑job training provided.

• Provide written instructions accurately.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers, both in person and over the phone.

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; make correct monetary change.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication.
• Rapid hand‑eye coordination for order processing.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate maps and delivery routes in the assigned area.
• Navigate adverse terrain while carrying product.

Work is performed under varying weather, temperature, and noise conditions. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing.

• Lifting up to 50 lb cases and stacking up to 72″ high.
• Carrying items ranging from 3 lb to 30 lb during operations.
• Maintaining forward bending, stooping, and reaching throughout shift.
• Driving a company vehicle to deliver orders within a designated area.

Assistant Managers can progress to General Manager, Franchisee, or Manager Corporate Operations.
