Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Sales Project Manager for the Columbus OH location. This position will be responsible to cultivate sales from new customers using a designed sales program. Responsible for the estimation of projects, securing of contracts and management of the project.

- Responsible for customer touches (calls, texts, emails and/or visits) every day
- Set and maintain appointments weekly.
- Utilize the Marketing/Sales Support Team so they can help you get in with the accounts you want.
- Update and maintain CRM.
- Follow up on old accounts that have been inactive and work on reengaging them.
- Work trades shows and network with individuals.
- Network within the account and with material suppliers and Marketing/Sales Support team.
- Estimating/Sales
- Negotiate and secure purchase orders and contracts.
- Responsible for producing quality estimates that achieve success of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
- Collaboration and coordination with the Inside Operations team when a project has been awarded.
- Thoroughly review the job estimate to maintain accuracy for the scope of work, labor rates, materials and equipment needed to produce project.

- Work with the Inside Operations team to communicate schedule requirements and details.
- Contact the customer and recap the project details (areas being done, number of days, color, texture, answer questions).
- Ensure accuracy of work order (correct address, billing address, contact information).
- Assure accuracy with manpower, equipment and time frame to complete the project.
- B. Completion of all other duties as assigned by management.

The ideal candidate will possess 5 years of outside sales experience and have strong customer service skills. Experience in the construction industry preferred and flooring industry a plus and preferred.
