Are you an experienced LPN who is passionate about senior care, leadership, and making a difference every day? Senior Suites ir Commons is seeking a dedicated Health & Wellness Director to lead our clinical team and ensure exceptional care for our residents.

• Oversee resident care and wellness services
• Lead and support nursing and caregiving staff
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
• Coordinate assessments, care plans, and physician communication
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment
• Participate in on-call rotation and clinical leadership duties

• Current Ohio LPN License
• Assisted Living and leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Passion for serving seniors and leading by example

Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience
