Boot Barn - - - Responsibilities:
Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.;
Review goals with partners, providing consistent and timely coaching, actionable feedback, and recognition of excellence.;
Collaborate with Store Manager to adapt to changing business needs and procedures; adjust store schedule as needed, implement operational directives, train operational staff on new policies and procedures.;
Assist with partner training plans to improve store performance results across operational and merchandising areas.;
Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute successful volume driving events and community outreach.
