Bath & Body Works - 67800 MALL RD - Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in company values and product knowledge;
Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations;
Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at check-out;
Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing purchases and keeping the area neat and stocked;
Assist with replenishment, visual presentation, floorset execution, and marketing placement as needed;
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to store policies and standards;
Stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks as required
