Provide best-in-class guest service and assist guests with video gaming needs; greet guests and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale system;
Conduct store inventory counts, stock/restock merchandise, and ensure displays are organized and labeled;
Safeguard company assets by performing cash handling duties including bank deposits and daily reconciliation;
Supervise Sales Associates in the absence of management and assist with opening/closing procedures
