Sales Associate - Seasonal

Role: Sales Associate responsible for supporting store leadership to meet company goals through excellent customer service, effective communication, and product knowledge.

• Assist customers promptly, greet and acknowledge them, and provide tailored service.
• Communicate product value, current promotions, and offer solutions for out-of-stock items.
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment and sell merchandise effectively to boost conversions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout service and educate customers about store programs.
• Maintain proper stock levels, merchandise presentation, signage, and display standards.
• Keep the stockroom organized, clean, and adhere to safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Report maintenance and facility needs to ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Contribute to achieving store goals and support processing stock when needed.

• High School diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer engagement, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain flexibility.
• Capable of maneuvering on the sales floor and stockroom, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
