Floor hands are needed for oil and gas drilling operations in Appalachia, based in Saint Clairsville, Ohio. This entry-level position is ideal for those seeking a hands-on role in the energy sector, offering substantial on-the-job and classroom training. Candidates will work outdoors in all weather conditions, supporting rig operations and maintenance as part of a close-knit team.

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours without sitting
• Ability to repetitively climb steep stairs and lift/carry 50 pounds independently
• Comfortable working at heights (50 ft. or greater) for extended periods
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Clear communication skills in English (read, write, speak, understand instructions)
• Ability to work closely with others in confined areas and possibly live in crew quarters
• Willingness to travel to and work in remote locations on a rotational schedule
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing and background checks
• One (1) year of stable work history

• Six (6) months stable related work history (e.g., farming, ranching, construction, heavy equipment or other trade) or military service
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
