Solaris Health Care is now hiring a Rehab Aide to join our therapy department! If you are a Rehab Aide looking for a new opportunity, we would love to meet you!Rehab Aide
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED. College experience desired
- Certified Nursing Assistant License CNA License in the state of Florida preferred.
- Prior experience in post-acute/skilled nursing, preferred
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Knowledge of materials and equipment used in physical, occupational and speech therapy.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the therapy staff and other personnel.
- Demonstrate emotional stability in order to cope with the demands of both patients and employees
- Must maintain patient and employee confidentiality.
- Computer proficiency, Microsoft Office Programs, Rehab Optima/Net Health Therapy a plus.
