We are excited to welcome a Senior Audit Associate to our State and Local Government (SLG) practice. Join our rapidly growing SLG group, comprising 600 professionals serving over 2,100 local, county, and state government entities.

- Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements, delivering top-notch client service.
- Engage with clients and decision-makers while performing a comprehensive range of assurance procedures.
- Conduct audits on complex areas/transactions, and prepare financial statements and related reports.
- Research, analyze, and report on current accounting and auditing issues.
- Schedule, delegate tasks, and mentor team members to foster their professional growth.
- Work collaboratively with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while working with a variety of prestigious clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of auditing experience.
- Experience in the SLG industry is a plus.
- CPA or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam is preferred.
At CLA, we believe in investing in our people through competitive compensation that reflects collaboration and career growth. The salary range for this position in Minnesota is $71,000.00 - $124,000.
