We're looking for a Senior Staff Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of key financial processes-from reconciliations to sales reporting.

This is an on-site position based in our office - Remote work is not available as this role benefits from in-person collaboration and hands-on support with daily financial activity

What You'll Do:

• Reconcile deposits, bank activity, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy
• Process and finalize unit sales transactions, including data entry and verification
• Prepare journal entries and support monthly close activities
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with teams across locations to gather and confirm financial information
• Support inventory tracking and assist the accounting team as needed

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of accounting experience or an associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Solid Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems (dealer system experience is a plus)
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate and support others

Salary Description

$50,000-$70,000 DOE
