Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate Location: St. Cloud, MN Compensation: $45,000-$53,000 annually Schedule: Monday-Friday Job Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hire

• Enter invoices and receivable documents into the accounting system
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, receipts and invoices
• Prepare invoices for weekly payment processing
• Assist with monthly close activities and account analysis
• Respond to vendor inquiries and provide timely support
• Maintain organized records by scanning and filing reports
• Support accounting operations and ensure compliance with company guidelines
• Maintain attendance standards and support overtime as required

• Demonstrate knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Utilize 10-key data entry and spreadsheet tools proficiently
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
• Follow company attendance and workplace expectations
• Comply with safety requirements including use of required PPE
