Join Our Team! Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our financial operations!
Location: St. Cloud, MN, in-office
What You’ll Do- Review and process invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth payment processing
- Schedule vendor payments based on due dates, discounts, and priorities
- Perform check runs and prepare manual checks as needed
- Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to answer questions and resolve issues
- Handle complex accounts payable situations with confidence and professionalism
- Support continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
- 1-4 years of related experience
- Basic understanding of general accounting practices and sales tax
- Strong math, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical thinking
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Experience in accounts payable or high‑volume invoice processing
- Ability to think proactively and suggest process improvements
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Primarily office‑based with consistent computer use
- Collaborative and supportive team culture
- Frequent communication with internal teams and external partners
- Occasional travel and flexibility in work hours as needed
- Anticipated hourly pay range: $20.00 – $24.00. Rate determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location.
