BENCO a division of Automotive Parts Head quarter's (APH), is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Office Administrative Clerk to support the daily operations of our location. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in administration. We welcome
entry-level candidates who are eager to learn, possess strong organizational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This role is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of accounting, inventory, sales records, and administrative processes. The position may also assist with deliveries, pickups, scheduling, and other operational support as needed.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

What You'll Do
  • Complete daily reports, bank deposits, and paperwork accurately and on time
  • Maintain accounting, inventory, and sales records
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Assist with scheduling personnel and processing confidential employee documentation
  • Coordinate and assist with customer and vendor deliveries or pickups as needed
  • Support inventory management activities
  • Assist team members with administrative and operational tasks
  • Help develop and improve processes to increase efficiency
  • Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, visitors, and employees

Qualifications
  • Clerical, bookkeeping, or recordkeeping experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, visitors, and employees at all levels
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support a variety of business functions
