The Specialty Scheduling Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Imaging department by coordinating and scheduling inpatient, outpatient, and outreach services. This position ensures seamless patient care by processing physician orders, coordinating multi-level appointments across departments, and serving as the primary liaison for outreach facilities. Responsibilities include managing Epic work queues, assisting patients with MyChart, communicating appointment details and preparation instructions, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
The role is essential in supporting care teams and enhancing the overall patient experience.
This position is located at the Centra Care Plaza.
Schedule- Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
- Day shift | 8:30 a.m.
- 5 p.m. | Monday - Friday - No weekends or holidays!
- Starting pay begins at $19.30 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $18.40 - $27.61 per hour

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- One year experience or equivalent knowledge/skills required.
- Post high school secretarial training preferred.
