Strategic Renewals Coordinator
The Strategic Renewals Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts to write proposal content and support the renewals strategy by providing essential data, insights, and administrative assistance for efficient contract renewals. This position assists in preparing proposals, tracking renewal metrics, organizing data, and ensuring alignment with Marco's client retention and growth initiatives.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in developing content with subject matter experts for proposal responses.
- Assist proposal coordinators by uploading response documents and reviewing/editing proposal responses.
- Monitor renewal timelines and proactively coordinate with Sales to ensure timely execution of renewal opportunities.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports on renewal metrics, retention rates, and revenue projections.
- Work with sales, customer success, order processing, and data analytics teams to gather information for renewals and identify value-added opportunities.
- Proofread all aspects of proposal content in the RFP library and marketing materials for accuracy.
- Organize client-specific data, such as historical renewal data and satisfaction metrics, to support renewal decisions.
- Assist in creating process standards to continually improve and streamline the proposal and renewals process.
- Schedule renewal meetings, coordinate follow-up actions, and handle other administrative tasks related to renewals.
- Accurately maintain documentation and comply with administrative procedures in a timely manner, including time entry.
- Attend required company and departmental meetings.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree and two years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills:
- Financial acumen around copier/print industry and equipment leasing.
- Demonstrates ability to use internal tools including E-Automate, Sherpa and CPLC, SSRS, for Copier/Print client business reviews (C ), FM Audit/Print Aware and Salesforce (CRM).
- Understanding of Copier/Print solution offerings including A3 and A4 solutions, Production Print, Wide Format solutions, Label Print solutions and Software solutions.
- Natural aptitude for outcome-based reasoning.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external clients.
- Self-starter, ability to plan and implement sales strategy with limited supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activity.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and to operate with changing priorities.

Pay Range: $20.30 - $30.50 hourly
