The St. Cloud VA Health Care System seeks a Medical Support Assistant to support the Primary Care and Specialty Care Integrated Clinical Community Call Centers. This role serves as the first administrative contact for Veterans, families, and visitors at the St. Cloud campus.
You will provide administrative support to clinical staff and Veterans, and oversee the daily clerical functions of scheduling in all PC ICC and SC ICC areas, ensuring smooth patient flow and accurate record-keeping.
