  Assist Driver Managers with drivers' day-to-day personal, financial, productivity, training, and service needs, reviewing and reconciling related reports.

  Build and manage meaningful metrics, analyze trends, and use insights to forecast, guide, and influence market, asset, and operational decisions.
• Collaborate to win.
  
  Partner with cross-functional teamsplanning, operations, account management, sales, and customer serviceto elevate performance and strengthen the profitability of our business model.

• Total cash compensation range of this position is $90,000 to $120,000+ which includes a base salary range that starts at $65,000 plus first-year training incentive of $24,000. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
