- Evaluate and elevate performance.
Measure and monitor operation steam results to identify improvement opportunities, celebrate successes, and continuously strengthen team effectiveness. - Shape long-term strategy.
Proactively influence the direction of the business by driving forward-looking strategies across market development, operational practices, asset utilization, and capacity managementfueling growth, profitability, and a more agile business model. - Think big and improve constantly.
Lead strategic thinking around the health of our operational model, designing smarter processes and continuous improvements that maximize productivity, efficiency, ROI, and customer satisfaction. - Optimize a complex network.
Assist Driver Managers with drivers' day-to-day personal, financial, productivity, training, and service needs, reviewing and reconciling related reports. - Turn data into action.
Build and manage meaningful metrics, analyze trends, and use insights to forecast, guide, and influence market, asset, and operational decisions. - Collaborate to win.
Partner with cross-functional teamsplanning, operations, account management, sales, and customer serviceto elevate performance and strengthen the profitability of our business model. - Strengthen key relationships.
Facilitate ongoing relationship development across internal teams to ensure alignment, communication, and a unified approach to delivering exceptional results.

Compensation & Benefits- Total cash compensation range of this position is $90,000 to $120,000+ which includes a base salary range that starts at $65,000 plus first-year training incentive of $24,000. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
