What You’ll Do- Develop and execute guest-centric strategies that maximize sales, profitability, and market share while aligning with evolving consumer preferences.
- Curate the ideal mix of core, seasonal, and innovative products — minimizing redundancy while maximizing performance.
- Build competitive pricing strategies, promotional plans, and value perception models that drive margin and growth.
- Shape how guests experience your category in-store — ensuring visibility, engagement, and purchase conversion.
- Negotiate, collaborate, and build strong vendor relationships that create win-win outcomes, exclusive opportunities, and strategic growth.
- Leverage KPIs, market insights, and trend analysis to refine strategies and continuously improve performance.
- Stay ahead of competitors and emerging trends — bringing fresh ideas and new products to our stores.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and suppliers to execute high-impact, easy-to-implement programs.
- Own your budget, forecasts, inventory planning, and performance targets — and deliver results.
