Cintas offers an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands‑on rotations in various departments and develop leadership skills that prepare you for advancement within the company.

• Rotate through departments to gain a leadership perspective of the business.
• Engage in outside sales activities, promoting products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in Professional Development seminars such as Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.

• Must have, or will obtain within six months, a Bachelor’s degree.
• Meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for operating a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including an active driver’s license, DOT medical certification, being at least 21 years of age, and providing documentation of previous employment.

• Co‑op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles.
• A business or otherwise related academic major.
• A leadership or management role on campus or in extracurricular activities.

Base salary is estimated at $55,000 per year, with a range based on skills, experience, and business needs.
