Job DescriptionCintas offers an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands‑on rotations in various departments and develop leadership skills that prepare you for advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Rotate through departments to gain a leadership perspective of the business.
- Engage in outside sales activities, promoting products and services while building customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
- Participate in Professional Development seminars such as Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.
- Must have, or will obtain within six months, a Bachelor’s degree.
- Meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for operating a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including an active driver’s license, DOT medical certification, being at least 21 years of age, and providing documentation of previous employment.
- Co‑op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles.
- A business or otherwise related academic major.
- A leadership or management role on campus or in extracurricular activities.
Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.

Base salary is estimated at $55,000 per year, with a range based on skills, experience, and business needs.
