Senior Product Manager (Auto Lending) – Hybrid (USA)
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing product strategy and driving market adoption across the Auto Lending ecosystem. You will engage with auto lenders, DMS partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure Wolters Kluwer compliant content is widely accepted and embedded into lender workflows. You will act as a bridge between market needs and product execution, lead GTM initiatives, strengthen lender relationships, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Hybrid work: up to 8 days per month onsite in an office within 50 miles of the US location.
ResponsibilitiesAuto Lending Market Leadership & Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with auto lenders, DMS networks, and industry partners to drive adoption of WK‑compliant content.
- Act as a trusted advisor to lenders, understanding their operational, compliance, and digital transformation needs.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from lenders to inform product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
- Represent WK in industry forums, client engagements, and working sessions to build credibility and influence adoption.
Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution
- Lead and execute end‑to‑end GTM strategies for Auto Lending solutions, including positioning, messaging, and launch planning.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to drive awareness, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition.
- Develop targeted campaigns and enablement materials that support lender engagement and adoption.
- Measure and optimize GTM performance through defined KPIs (adoption rates, revenue growth, lender penetration).
Product Strategy & Market Insights
- Conduct in‑depth market research and competitive analysis specific to the auto lending space.
- Identify trends in auto lending workflows, compliance requirements, and digital lending transformation.
- Contribute to product vision and strategy with a focus on expanding WK’s position in lending.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations during product lifecycle and strategy discussions.
Product Performance & Execution
- Analyze product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support and influence product roadmap development, ensuring alignment with auto lender needs and market opportunities.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and Operations to deliver high‑impact solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and enablement materials tailored to lending use cases.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement
- Facilitate collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders to align on priorities and execution.
- Lead product‑related events, lender workshops, and webinars to drive engagement and education.
- Support sales enablement efforts by providing lender‑specific insights, use cases, and competitive positioning.
- 3+ years in a product management role with a minimum of 10 years in the auto industry.
- Strong understanding of auto lending workflows, lender‑dealer interactions, and compliance considerations.
- Proven ability to build and influence relationships with external partners, especially financial institutions and auto lenders.
- Experience developing and executing GTM strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Advanced market research and analytical skills to interpret data and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration and influence through strong relationship management.
- Experience navigating ambiguous challenges and delivering practical solutions.
- Travel requirement: 25% – 50% (average 15 trips yearly).
- Base salary range: $85,600 – $149,400 USD, with eligibility for bonus.
