You will act as a liaison between business partners and IT, leading onboarding of new users and use cases on the ARES platform to improve operational efficiency. You will translate current processes into future-state designs, create process maps, coordinate UAT, and ensure successful rollout with cross-functional teams across WCIB Operations.
