- Establish and uphold operations standards focused on cost control, waste reduction, quality, and safety.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to optimize materials usage, shipping, and receiving processes while steering production scheduling and capacity planning.
- Recommend and execute changes that significantly enhance operational efficiency.
- Build and manage an empowered operations leadership team, fostering strong employee relations and facilitating faster problem resolution.
- Oversee the operations budget across branches, ensuring compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.
- Collaborate with company management to identify and exploit opportunities for improvement, maximizing efficiencies and boosting earnings.
- Maintain a safe work environment, compliant with OSHA regulations, and promote a productive and positive culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (required).
- 5‑10 years of experience in the bottling and manufacturing industry.
- Strong financial management acumen and a proven track record in overseeing company operations, finance, and quality assurance.
- Effective long‑term planning and program evaluation skills.
- Ability to establish and nurture relationships with management, employees, government agencies, and the public.
- Exceptional communication skills in both oral and written formats.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Thrives in fast‑paced environments, demonstrates problem‑solving prowess, and makes informed decisions while maintaining open dialogue with executive management.
