Responsibilities
- Updates cross functional area contacts on new programs, SOPs, service issues or inquiries
- Assists with customer problems, missed shipments, daily OS&D reconciliation and resolution
- Frequently assists with coordinating special orders and shipments
- Primary owner for divisional mailboxes for timely response
- Assists in identifying local process improvement areas
- Works with the Director of Operation to review customer claim data
- Responsible for driving down unsolicited returns
- Communicates with all departments within the Distribution Center and other ABC DCs as required
- Requires broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer sciences
- Completion of a four-year Bachelor’s Degree program, technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Normally requires a minimum of two (2) years directly related experience
- Familiarity with ABC products, services and pharmaceutical distribution operations
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and inventory management system
- Working knowledge of SAP and PKMS
