Responsibilities
- Support feature-level roadmaps aligned to the Operations Enablement product vision, business priorities, and regulatory obligations.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI/ML, and workflow orchestration to reduce manual effort, cycle times, and error rates.
- Apply OKRs, outcome-based metrics, and value frameworks to guide prioritization and measure impact.
- Support end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery, ideation, and experimentation through delivery, launch, and optimization for assigned features.
- Partner with Agile delivery teams to define clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Validate solutions through customer and employee feedback, data analysis, and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, pilots, phased rollouts).
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to deliver intelligent automation (RPA, workflow automation, event-driven processing) and AI/ML-enabled capabilities (e.g., decisioning, classification, routing, recommendations).
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering partners to ensure AI and automation solutions are explainable, auditable, and compliant with model risk management, privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Identify operational pain points and facilitate design of scalable solutions that improve efficiency, quality, compliance, and resiliency.
- Drive standardization and reuse through platform capabilities, APIs, and shared services.
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in financial services, Fin Tech, operations, or platform products.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, risk management, and regulatory constraints.
- Experience working in Agile product teams using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Ability to work independently with directional guidance and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, servicing platforms, or enterprise workflow management systems.
- High level knowledge of or experience with AI/ML-enabled products, intelligent automation (RPA), or workflow platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Operations, or a related field.
Demonstrates expertise in Product Management with a focus on operational processes, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Proficient in leveraging AI/ML and automation technologies to enhance product delivery and efficiency.
