Position Overview
Our client, a nationwide financial services organization, is seeking an Order Entry Representative to join their team in St. Cloud, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, customer service, and order processing experience who is looking to grow their career within a professional office environment.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies.
- Conduct searches, retrieve documents, prepare documentation, and coordinate filings and recordings.
- Assist customers and vendors with order fulfillment, issue resolution, and status updates.
- Communicate service offerings, processes, and requirements to customers and team members.
- Ensure assigned work is completed within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within company databases.
- Provide basic training and guidance to customers, vendors, and team members as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, and overall service delivery.
- Promote company products and services when appropriate.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's Degree OR
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in:
- Order Processing
- Customer Service
- Administrative Office Support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Cloud, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
