This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager based in St. Cloud, MN. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations of roofing and exterior projects, ensuring efficient planning, scheduling, and execution. Responsibilities include supervising project teams, coordinating material and equipment deliveries, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and addressing project challenges proactively. This role will involve close communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and successful project completion.
The position requires a focus on delivering high-quality results while maintaining project timelines and budgets.
- Proven experience in construction project management, team supervision, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial roofing, siding, gutters, and storm damage repair processes.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for both client relations and team leadership.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software to track project timelines and budgets.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to compliance and industry standards.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the region for site visits and project oversight.
- Knowledge of insurance restoration processes (preferred).
- Experience working with vendors, contractors, or project partners in construction-related industries (preferred).
