We're growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our 2nd shift team as Construction Component Assemblers
. In this role, you'll help build roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels used in residential and commercial construction projects. No experience? No problem
- we'll train the right candidates!
- You enjoy working with your hands and building things
- You can read (or are eager to learn to read) blueprints and a tape measure
- You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented environment
- You're dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
- Competitive pay including shift differential!
- On-the-job training - no experience needed

- Flexible scheduling
- A consistent work week:
Monday-Thursday, 3pm-1:30am - Occasional overtime as needed
