Our client is an established organization within the financial services industry that supports financial advisors and client service teams through a shared services model. They are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Services Coordinator to support day-to-day operational and administrative activities. This is a non-licensed role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and is open to obtaining licensing in the future if needed.
Job DescriptionThe Client Services Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth client interactions and efficient internal workflows while supporting financial advisors, client service managers, and clients.
Key responsibilities- Coordinating daily workflow with financial advisors and client service managers within a shared service pool
- Serving as backup support to the front desk as needed
- Managing service calls and client communications with professionalism
- Maintaining accurate client records and account information using Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Preparing, submitting, and tracking client forms and applications
- Monitoring and tracking pending asset transfers, transactions, and money movements
- Managing alerts and completing assigned workflows in a timely manner
- Updating client profiles and financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Handling signature processes and document tracking
- Preparing and processing financial forms such as tax withholding, beneficiary changes, and wires
- Running reports and assisting with client outreach initiatives
- Supporting new client onboarding and CRM data management
- Submitting new business applications and monitoring pending transactions
- Assisting with additional tasks and projects as needed
Required
- Minimum 2 years experience in a project management, account management, customer service, or client relationship support role
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and manage detailed records accurately
- Ability to follow compliance guidelines and support advisor practices
- Willingness to learn, grow in the role, and obtain licensing in the future if required
Preferred
- Experience working within the financial services industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Experience supporting financial advisors, client service managers, or client service operations
