• Native Vietnamese speaker
• Minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma qualification
• English level: B2 (Upper-intermediate)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving ability

• Previous experience in Customer Service / Call Center / BPO is an advantage
• Experience handling inbound support is a plus
