Managed Transportation Account Representatives have an annual on‑target incentive earning potential of $3,500.00‑$13,000.00+ plus a base salary range of $42,000.00 to $52,000.00.
What You’ll DoAs a Managed Transportation Account Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted logistics partner—owning the coordination, assignment, and end‑to‑end management of all transportation needs for a defined portfolio of contracted customers. Scope includes but is not limited to the following:
- Own the full lifecycle of multimodal shipments — quoting, coordinating, dispatching carriers, and keeping shippers informed in real time.
- Leverage technology to track freight, resolve issues fast, and deliver exceptional customer service across every shipment.
- Train customers on ATS platforms, empowering them with shipment entry, tracking tools, and document access.
- Create KPI‑driven insights in Excel and design ad‑hoc workflows that strengthen operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Boost profitability through smart execution and strong stakeholder relationships, while supporting leadership with timely reporting.
- Make informed decisions to resolve customer issues — from execution to pricing and carrier selection — while escalating when needed and monitoring service levels through exception reporting.
- Champion the customer internally by sharing feedback, driving experience improvements, and cross‑training team members to maintain strong, consistent support.
- Results‑driven communicator who is persuasive, professional, and confident across calls, emails, and customer interactions.
- Customer‑focused and service‑oriented, with experience or strong transferable skills to excel quickly.
- Highly organized and proactive, with strong follow‑through and attention to detail.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Hub Spot, and similar tools.

Compensation & Benefits- Total cash compensation range is $42,000.00 to $65,000+ for this position, including a base salary range starting at $42,000.00+. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees are eligible for performance‑based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
