Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm CST

PCI is seeking a Spanish Bilingual QA Associate who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and excited to drive quality initiatives that enhance our customer service experience while supporting team development.

WHAT YOU’LL DO- Actively listens and monitors daily call interactions.
- Conducts and completes monthly call interaction audits.
- Reviews customer call interaction recordings upon request.
- Proactively discovers insights/trends and communicates with leadership regarding findings.
Must-Have
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1-year experience with monitoring call interactions.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to process and handle confidential information.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have but not Required! (We’ll train you!):
- Previous experience in a call center environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am
-5:00pm CST - Work Setting:
In-Office
- Starting Pay: $21 - $24.25 per hour.

- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual Pay:
Earn an additional $2.00 per hour.
