Job Description
Palmer Group is currently recruiting for a strong contract-to-hire Financial Services Call Center Representative position. This role involves communicating with financial representatives and demonstrating professional communication skills.
Work Model- On-Site
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday – Friday
- Support financial institutions
- Operate in a fast-paced call center environment
- Handle 40-50 inbound calls daily
- Work independently and navigate multiple computer systems
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of previous call center experience preferred, but not required
- Punctual and dependable
- Must pass credit check
- 401k
- Major health insurance
