Must be in Central MN with reasonable commute to St. Cloud, MN due to in-office requirements.

SCHEDULE:

Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 7:00am-4:00pm CST, every third Sat 8:00am-5:00pm CST

COMPENSATION:
Starting Pay $23.50 – $26.75 per hour. (The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.)

PCI is seeking a Customer Service & Collections Operations Coordinator who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving problems and improving daily operations. In this role, you'll support Customer Service and Collections teams, resolve escalated customer concerns, and help ensure efficient, seamless operations every day.

• Handles escalated customer calls, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Acts as a support presence for department employees, addressing day-to-day concerns.
• Monitors and manages inbound and outbound dialer queues, adjusting as needed to meet business needs.
• Ensures agents adhere to daily list plans and dialer schedules.
• Performs opening and closing procedures for the building and department as scheduled.
• Assists employees with understanding department processes, procedures, and resolving technical issues.

Must-Have

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience.
• Previous experience with escalated levels of responsibility in prior position.
• Demonstrate the ability to work well with team members.
• Strong communication skills while providing a high level of positive customer/client support.

Nice to have but not Required!

• Minimum of 1-year relevant working experience.
• Previous experience in a call center.
• Previous Customer Service experience.
• Previous Collections experience.

• Bilingual Pay:
  Earn an additional $2.00 per hour for Spanish Fluency! Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with Strong written and verbal communications skills.
