Palliative Care Physician St. Cloud, MN

Summary
Centra Care’s Palliative Care team ud Hospital is seeking a physician to primarily serve our inpatient population, with the potential to incorporate some outpatient care as well. Join a supportive, collaborative team of 3 physicians, 5 APPs, 3 RNs, and an LPN with access to Spiritual Care, Psychotherapy services, and dedicated support staff including a team assistant along with outpatient clinic space and the option for virtual visits.

This role offers a strong blend of collaboration and clinical autonomy within a sustainable practice model that supports work–life balance. You’ll build meaningful relationships with patients and families, guide thoughtful goals-of-care conversations, and provide expert symptom management, all in a well-supported, patient-centered environment.

Schedule

• Part Time | 40 hours every two weeks | Onsite Centra Care – St. Cloud Hospital and Centra Care Marketplace
• Monday–Friday schedule, with no weeknight or weekend call
• Days | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am – 5pm
• No Call | No Holidays | No Weekends

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $230,000 - $265,000 per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
Required:

• BE/BC in Palliative Care Medicine
• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
