Plastic Surgeon to join a growing team in Central Minnesota

Centra Care Midsota Plastic Surgery has an opportunity for a BC/BE plastic surgeon to join their busy practice in St. Cloud Minnesota. Our practice offers a full spectrum of operative and non-operative management of plastic surgery patients in outpatient setting with occasional inpatient responsibilities. Join this highly collaborative and supportive team that is continually recognized for their high-quality, personalized attention they provide to their patients.

The ideal candidate has exceptional patient care and clinical skills with the ability to provide a full range of specialized plastic and reconstructive surgeries as well as cosmetic procedures and skincare services.

Newly trained physicians are welcome to apply, opportunities for mentorship available as you transition into practice.

• Group of five experienced Plastic surgeons, four APPs, and medical professionals
• Autonomy to focus on clinical areas of interest
• Common procedures include but not limited to: breast (reduction and augmentation), Panniculectomy or abdominoplasty, Blepharoplasty and brow lifts
• Dedicated support staff that commensurate patient volumes
• Large referral base
• Micro-surgery interests and opportunity supported
• Medical Missions
• Interest in Micro-Surgical Breast Reconstruction preferred
• Surgical Privileges at Centra Care-St. Cloud Hospital and Centra Care-Plaza Surgery Center
• OT Hand Therapy on site
• Call 1:5-6, Outreach
• Employed-position, based within a physician-led, financially sound, and growing health care system

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $510,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
• Salary range: $510,000 - $620,000 per year
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
