  Choose a schedule that works for you traditional blocked scheduling or (7on/7off, 14on/14off, etc.)
• Desirable Practice Setting: High-volume regional referral center with complex surgical, trauma, oncology, and robotic urology cases
• Ideal Work Environment:Established and respected urology program with collaborative leadership and modern facilities
• Favorable Call Schedule:Shared 1:7 call rotation with APP, hospitalist, and 24/7 URO tech support
• Utilize EPIC EMR for streamlined patient care.

Compensation & Benefits
:

• Competitive Base + $100,000 signing bonus plus additional quality incentives
• Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
• Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $300,000
• CME allowance with rollover opportunities and mentorship support

Qualifications
:

• Degree:MD / DO
• Certifications:BC or BE in Urology
• Licensure:Active MN license or ability to obtain one
• Experience:Open to experienced physicians or new grads with mentorship available
