This independent hospital in a beautiful lakeside resort community is looking for an Internal Medicine physician to join their primary care team. • Autonomy to build your practice your way, with ample time to establish meaningful patient relationships
• Moderate patient volume of 10-15 patients per day
• Dedicated nurse and exam rooms
• Ability to incorporate procedures and scopes into your practice
• 4-day work week and 6+ weeks of PTO for outstanding work/life balance
• Light, easy call schedule with no requirement to remain onsite

• Base salary range: $325,000-$400,000
• Ongoing base salary plus production bonus and other incentives
• Total earning potential to $450,000
• $100,000 signing bonus
• Up to $250,000 in retention bonus and/or student loan repayment
