Job Description
Design/teach graduate level courses, recruit, advise, and mentor students; assist students with program of study planning; lead and serve on student committees for Masters, Specialist, and Doctoral degree; supervise student candidate field experiences for licensure; participate in department, unit and university-wide meetings as needed, collaborate with school district personnel and with other university faculty; fulfill duties and responsibilities associated with a fulltime, fixed-term position in the Educational Administration and Leadership Program.
Salary Range: $64,963.00 - $/annually
Minimum Qualifications
* Documented successful administrative experience in PreK-12 public school administrative settings.
* Current Minnesota Administrative licensure or the ability to obtain licensure.
* Earned doctorate in Educational Administration/Leadership or related field.
* Evidence of demonstrated ability to teach and work with persons from minoritized, historically marginalized groups, and culturally diverse groups.
* Experience in developing and teaching online courses (which may include hybrid, synchronous, or asynchronous).
Preferred Qualification
* Evidence of participation in professional educational organizations.
* Evidence of collaboration/interaction with schools and districts.
* Evidence of successful university teaching experiences at the college and graduate levels.
* Evidence of successful experience working with multilingual learners.
* Evidence of effective use of instructional technologies, curriculum platforms, and AI tools.
