Cathedral is seeking a part-time Theology Teacher for grades 6-8 for the school year.

Position: Theology Teacher (Part-Time)
Pay: $21,000 to $31,000, depending on experience
This position focuses on delivering meaningful, student-centered instruction while supporting the intellectual, social, and spiritual development of each student. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues, use assessment data to guide instruction, and build strong relationships with students and families.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging theology instruction aligned with best practices
- Support student growth across academic, social, and character development areas
- Collaborate on curriculum, assessment, and student support strategies
- Use data to inform instruction and address individual learning needs
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with families and colleagues
- Contribute to a positive, values-driven school culture
- Participate in professional learning communities (PLCs)
- Minnesota Teaching License preferred
- Strong content knowledge in theology or a related field
- Experience with classroom management and instructional planning
- Ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion and critical thinking
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable integrating technology into instruction
